How to Claim your Prize

Claiming a lottery prize can look a little different depending on the amount you’ve won and how you purchased your ticket. To make things simple, we’ve created a quick questionnaire that will tell you exactly which forms you need and how to submit your claim — whether that’s at a retailer, by mail, or by booking an appointment at a Prize Payout office.

Ways to Claim

Option 1: Online

Prizes up to $5,000 can be claimed online by visiting saskvlt.com.

Option 2: At a Prize Payout Office

An appointment is required to claim at a Prize Payout Office. Our Prize Payout Offices are open Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Cheque processing will take approximately 45 minutes. You will not be required to wait at the office during this time.

To process your claim, please include the relevant completed forms:

Government-issued ID

To claim your prize, you must provide one of the following:

  • 1 piece of government-issued photo ID

Original Exchange Ticket

We recommend you keep a scan or photocopy of the ticket for your records
